These codes indicate voltage-related issues with your dryer. Generally, it means that your dryer isn’t receiving the correct voltage from the power source.

Follow these steps to troubleshoot the underlying cause of the error code:

  1. Start by doing a simple reset. This can be done by unplugging your appliance for five minutes before turning it back on. If the error code stops showing, you can use your dryer again.
  2. If a reset doesn’t work, ensure your dryer is connected to a dedicated circuit, as it consumes significant energy. If not, you must get a technician to do this for you.
  3. If the dryer has a dedicated circuit, make sure the dryer isn’t connected to the power source using an extension cord. If it is, rectify the problem by removing the extension cord and plugging the dryer directly into the power socket.
