Terry was fantastic. The only reason I am not giving a five star review is that we were notified the day of the appointment of repair that the repair had not been approved through the warranty system and that we had to be rescheduled. We were rescheduled, but no one informed us we were rescheduled until I received a reminder that we had an appointment the next day. Communication regarding appointments needs improvement however, the technician we cannot say a nice enough nice things about him.
