Joel with A to Z was the Appliance Technician who came to look at my inoperable dishwasher. He immediately began troubleshooting the problem to identify what it was and provide me a detailed plan of the repairs, parts and cost. After a very thorough review Joel provided the problem, cost and etc, we discussed the cost and based on the age of the appliance decided to not pursue repair and go with total replacement. Yes there was a service call fee but it was very minimal compared to the other cost involved for repair and parts. I was totally satisfied with the service call & fee. I have utilized A to Z in the past for other appliance assistance. I highly recommend A to Z & Joel for anyone appliance repair needs in the Cincinnati area Thanks Kirk Ramsey
