Tyler was efficient & got the job done on the first visit. I’m so thankful that he had the parts on hand to complete the work. We had used the same appliance repair company for 15 years & the owner recently retired. We had another company come in to repair the washer prior to Tyler. It was a very poor experience. We paid them & cut ties as we were very displeased with the way they operated their business. I have created a contact in my phone for your company / Tyler. So let me start by telling you from the beginning this washing machine has been a nightmare. I bought it in February never worked right had multiple service people try to fix it. He came over finally after five months and he came in. He looked at it he listened. He watched the video I had. He said he knew what was wrong with it. I’ll be back next week. He came back next week fixed it. Terry was right on time to when he said he would be there and he was in and out with our washer working in less than 15 minutes.
