While I was pleased with the timely response I wasn't happy with your company not being able to diagnose or repair my refrigerator. Your tech said they didn't work on Lowe's extended warranty plans. He terminated his activities and left our home. It would have been good to know this in advance. I don't know why this occurred but I hope it will be resolved to prevent these issues in the future. I appreciate your efforts to help resolve the issue and this won't prevent me from using your company in the future but will force me to ask additional questions before we engage. Thank you, John
