"Sr- 7738909012Latch kit - W11646238Made adjustment to bracket per tech lines recommendations. Also installed spacer under front of unit for proper alignment of drawer into unit. Unit will work correctly nine out of 10 times attempted but its still intermittent. Latch kits from service pointer shows that it is not an order both parked at this time. We need to export the part number and will notify customer. Customer is reaching out to manufacture for possible resolution in the meantime; rqstng P&A on 1 W11646238 (Latch kit), used 1 WPW10221048 (Spacer) from stock"

Joel arrived on time, we discussed the problem with our microwave and the fact that it was intermittent. He tested the microwave several times. Discussed the possible things it might be and what he could do that day. He adjusted the micro switch on the door and tested again. At this time it has been working fine. Joel has been here for our washing machine. He is very professional and I would recommend him to anyone needing his services.
