Auth- W1AXCT0WL1Checked over unit and tested proper operation and function confirmed proper function of control panel. Unit is heating and operating as designed from what I can tell during diagnosis and testing. Steam was getting on control panel and causing interference during use. Customer to observe If this issue were to return recommending replacement of the control panel user interface

"Complaint of unit not drying. Checked unit over, no error codes, ran diagnostic cycle, all functions normal, heater is receiving proper 120 VAC ,ohming at 10, heater ok. Customer has rinse aid in dispenser, found excess suds during test cycle, dispenser seems seems be dispensing too much rinse aid, ordering to repair.; ordrng 1 W11412300 (Dispenser)"
