"Customer stated unit only preheated to 177 or 250, found unit was set to Celsius instead of Fahrenheit, changed unit back to Fahrenheit and tested unit, found unit getting up to 350 properly. Also found display board is dim, display needs replaved.; ordrng 1 W10909684 (Display)"

"Customer atwtrd unit was making thumping noise, tested unit and found thumping noise coming from seam in drum going over the rollers, advised customer this is a normal sound and no way to prevent it, unit checks ok."

Replaced icemaker and advised customer to give new icemakef about 24 hours to start making ice. Unit checks ok.
