Tyler arrived within the first 30 minutes of the time span in which I expected him. He quickly went to work to troubleshoot the issue with the washing machine. He immediately found the cause of the problem and implemented a fix. If I have another problem with our washing machine, I would welcome another visit from Tyler because he was very efficient.
