Bladder tank was frozen. Removed bladder tank and thawed out in kitchen sink sealed damper area with silicone. Pyt bladder tank back in tested operation.

Door seal has a hole in it. Door seal needs replaced. With dryer on top of washer will need help to remove for repair. Repair declined

After speaking tech support several days ago. Verified wiring for outlet thermistor. Thermistor has 12.9 ohms. Customer showed video of what dryer was doing. Verified heating element. And heating circuit. Error code f1e1 still present replaced acu and motor and f1e1 is a motor heater error. Tested with customer operation checks ok customer will monitor operation. ; used 1 279827 ( Motor) from stock

Drain hose plug was in disposal and drain hose loop was not correct. Fixed loop and plug operation checks ok. Also informed customer about drain hose debris. Operation checks ok.
