"Per testing, found that the wires to the drain pump,were broken at the holding clip on the side of the drain pump. Using proper wire connectors , repaired the broken wires to the drain pump. When running a test cycle found that the unit was not shifting properly. Found that the cam assembly was bad. (SR# 7738919168 - Art - techline) per further testing with techline determined that the defrost thermistor that had been replaced before was out of range reading 5.5 k ohms when encclosed in frost and ice. Was recommended to replace the defrost thermistor by techline. Documented with techline of all parts that had been replaced on previous visits. Replaced the thermistor and defrosted the evaporator coil. Used wire tie from truck stock to secure the thermistor. Heater worked as designed in the forced defrost mode. "(SR# 7738917987 - Adrian - Techline) Per inspection and trying to set the seal on both the freezer and fresh food door at the center hinge, found that the center mullion is bulging in the center/right not allowing for proper sealing of the doors on the left side.
