"Customer stated unit is still making the same intermittent buzzing noise during operation. Ran unit for about 45 minutes on timed dry and could not re-create noise, went over checks with Techline and could not find any issues either. Did note that the two cycles customer is using our wrinkle control and normal with wrinkle shield on, advised customer to try running without wrinkle shield to see if the noise has to do with a buzzer potentially. Customer to test this theory for now, otherwise checks OK. SR: 7740708061"
