Not working at all. Took unit apart. Unit needs CNTRL Board 56001202 ( $ 111.25 ) NLA.If after replacing CNTRL Board the unit needs Magnetron WP56001239 ( $ 216.32 ) NLA and orTransformer 56001221 ( $ 141.66 ) NLA. Customer will replace microwave.

Glass top has chip on RR burner. Ordering Glass Top ; ordrng 1 W11714298 (( White ) Glass Cooktop)

"Check suspension rods, check unit for leveling, found front of unit is leaning too far forward causing tub to hit front of unit, leveled up front of unit, calibrated control, tested unit, unit is functioning properly at this time, checks okay."

"Found timer motor is continuously running even when it's going into off, was able to adjust timer motor, tested unit, unit is turning on, and heating, unit is stopping when getting to off, customer to observe, if problem continues would need timer replaced, timer WP3976576 $248.65, labor $123.00, check's okay at this"

Issue Stopped running. Door stayed locked. Unit has F9E1 ( Long drain ) F8E1 ( long fill )I checked Drain pump filter - Very little debris. Ran a rinse & spin to check operation unit is draining Great. Its filling properly. Customer had unplugged unit for some time. Then plugged it back in.Unit started working. I re-calibrated unit. Unit checks OK. I checked drain hose in stand-pipe -Its properly inserted about 4 inches. Asked customer to observe.
