Neil was prompt in showing up at my home and patient when learning my front doorbell wasn’t functioning. So, he phone called me to answer the door. After his evaluation of my 5.5 year old LG refrigerator, he shared with me the news about how expensive the repair would be. I would buy a replacement at much less money than the parts and labor repair costs. He then offered good advice on what to look for in buying a replacement fridge.
