"Customer stated unit will work properly for 3-4 days then will start staying in preheat or only getting up to 350 or sometimes not ignite at all but gas flows. Tested unit and found unit igniting and preheating properly as of now. Found ignitor only pulling 2.9 amps, potentially casuisng intermittent operation. Advised customer ignitor being out of range is likely issue. Ignitor needs replaced.; ordrng 1 WB13K21 (Ignitor) and 1 Shipping (Shipping)"

"Customer stated unit would start cycles and say add garment, then after a few minutes go to wash complete. Tested unit and found washer starting cycle properly, getting to sensing portion and starting to fill. Found unit has no error codes. Found both fill valves, drain pump, agitate, and spin working properly. While spinning, noticed unit was making a squealing noise. Found gearcase starting to go out causing noise. Gearcase and cam needs replaced. Due to not being able to recreate add a garment to washing complete issue. Could not guarantee new gearcase will correct that issue, but it will fix noise issue. Quoted repair to customer, customer to decide on repair or replace unit. Gearcase W11449840 $253.86Cam W10721967 $41.70Labor $220.00"

Neil was early which was just fine with us. He diagnosed the problem and gad it corrected within a very short time. He took the tome to explain what the problem was and what he going to do to fix it. We give him 5 stars

Problem was addressed but not fixed. Initial thought was gas tank for stove was overfilled and that was that. He had to come back again but the solution was not that easy. It was determined a regulator was needed on the next visit, but I had to go and purchase myself and install. Now that I have gotten the part and installed it is still not working. Why would you put this back on the customer to fix when I paid you to fix it? I feel that standard procedure is that you diagnose, repair the issue, and make sure the problem is completely resolved before you leave the customers house. If you have to make a return trip, fine, but I need the problem fixed. Maybe I was misinformed or misunderstood the service provided, but last time I used you guys for our refrigerator it was completely fixed and I did not have to do myself.
