Instructed customer on Center Drive cycles and load sizing for optimum drying performance. Confirmed proper cycling the heating element and airflow and venting out of unit. All sounds are normal. Used to tie to secure a court for safe and proper operation. All other checks are good. Customer to observe; used 1 W11390781 (Tie) from stock

Customers complaint is that it's freezing things in the refrigerator section upon investigation and test 5 to operate the damper assembly the damper motor is running but it is not closing the damper which is allowing full air from the freezer section to migrate to the refrigerator unit is going to need the damper assembly replaced 242303001 damper. $181.41. Labor $72.45 total

"Inspected unit, customer stated that they had a large amount of frost and Ice built up around the top side of the door and on the evaporator, found that evaporator drain was frozen over, verified that drain is clear at this time, customer had let unit defrost and everything has been running good for about a week, reassembled the evaporator panel and advise customer to observe unit temperatures for 2 or 3 days, all checks okay at this time"

"Inspected unit, upon arrival found that unit has full ice bucket and is solidly frozen, checked air temperature in vent in freezer at negative 3?, checked refrigerator temperatures at 34 to 35?, advise customer that temperature was a little low in the refrigerator side, set refrigerator setting down one box and turn freezer up to the max setting, also found that occasional ice cubes would get stuck in dispenser and then melt causing water leak into the drip pan, advise customer this is an unfortunate design flaw of the dispenser, but it is working normally, advise customer to make sure that ice cubes are not getting stuck behind the flapper when dispensing ice, advise customer that temperatures right now are reading normal, advise customer to get small thermometers and put in the back of refrigerator and freezer to help gauge temperature, all operation checks normal at this time. temperature in freezer should be reading in the single digits, between 0 and 5?, temperatures in the refrigerator section should be reading between 36 and 40?"
