Dishwasher was making an unpleasant noise when closing the door. Mark B was sent to investigate and did not fix problem. He completely tore the DW apart. When I went to use it the next day, it did not work!! This was very upsetting. In addition, Mark B provided an estimate of nearly $1,000 to repair which involved replacing the tub. I complained about the DW no longer working due to Mark B's extremely poor service and Mike 2 was sent to investigate. He found a float switch had been improperly re-installed by Mark B and that allowed the DW to function again. In addition, he found a pin near the hinge was catching on a panel when the door was closed. He trimmed the panel slightly and the pin was no longer catching and that eliminated the unpleasant noise. Net -- Mark B incompetent and mis-diagnosed the problem. Mike 2 excellent and knew what he was doing.
