"Inspected unit, found that water solenoid sending power to dispenser is seized up and not letting any water go through, verify that water lines are not frozen, also found drain tube plugged up causing moisture buildup in the freezer and causing ice to start building up around the fans causing noise, I spilled up was not severe enough to cause any damage, was able to completely disassemble freezer and clean out all the ice and clean out the drain tube behind the unit, customer will pay for complete repair on return visit; ordrng 1 MJX62831301 (Water valve) and 1 Shipping"
