"Inspected unit, customer stated that she thinks the tub is hanging lower than it did previously, shock absorbers are all checking normal and are at a proper height for this unit, double checked the part number for suspension rods installed, part number is correct for this model, advise customer that the previous rods may have been a little shorter and Whirlpool adjusted them, the part number has changed from the original, but this is the proper part number for this model, ran unit through test normal cycle, with load of towels, unit filled properly went through the sensing cycle, did not overfill, spun unit and observed proper balancing and spinning the clothes out normally, took pictures of tub when it was fully compressed by the load and water, and when it is retracted after drain and spin, showed customer that the shock absorbers are going up and down properly, unit is working as designed"
