"Inspected unit, found that ice has completely filled up in the freezer blocking air channels again, this happened last year and was deemed non-repairable by Tech line, advised customer that Whirlpool will not cover this repair again, customer was told by whirlpool it was covered but for a different issue, did not charge customer service call but advised her I could not work on the unit"

Came out pulled out unit and checked harness connections from Main electronic control to H2O water flow sensor. Reinstalled and tested through cycle after recalibration. Unit proceeded through pre-wash main wash dispensed detergent and continued washing with no error code. Customer to observe

Customer supplied heating element. Replaced elements reassembled unit and tested for proper operation after repair. Customer to repair the unit is eating and getting good airflow. Customer to observe

"Inspected unit, found out of range defrost sensor, and evaporator was over frosted with ice, removed evaporator cover, cleared evaporator of all Frost replaced defrost sensor, verified proper operation and fan is coming on by itself after repair, all check okay; used 1 WPW10383615 (Thermistor) from stock"
