Replaced sump assembly and tested had no leaks operation checks ok showed customer.

In diagnostics have 4 3 error motor not running. Tested voltage at control. Have 111 volts at control for motor. Need new motor for repair please order part for customer. ; ordrng 1 W11613479 (Sump and motor assembly.)

Used steamer and removed frost from evaporator. Repalced thermistor and heater. Tested heater in diagnostics heater was working. Customer will monitor operation.

Gearcase is leaking oil and bearings are locking up. Ran diagnostics found nomother issues. Quoted customer. Repair declined at this time. W11454372 gearcase 252.58 labor 150.

Defrost system has no continuity through wires from main control. Can put unit into forced defrost. Do get power out of main control. Please order parts for customer ; ordrng 1 W11581973 (Harness) and 1 W11546981 (Heater) and 1 W10384183 (Thermistor.)
