"Unit is 40 yrs old and was unable to find a parts breakdown, tech manual or any information of the unit. Unit is shutting off during the cycle and has cavity paint peeling. Customer is going to shop for a new unit."

Customer stated that the door lock had engaged when the door was open when removing food from the oven. Ran the oven in a test cycle to check for proper operation of all components. Unit is working as designed at this time.

"Per testing found light condensation on the shelving, this can be normal. Found broken door switch not allowing for the control to operate.when removing the door switch the connector came off and the wires were foamed into the liner so tight that they could not be reconnected to the new switch. "Found unit receiving power but won't turn on due to corrosion buildup on inside of touch panel. Cleared corrosion with grease and unit now operating, advised customer it will work indefinitely like this bt eventually may need new panel, checks ok."
