Removed power and disassembled dryer. Found additional issue with idler pulley. Showed issue to customer and quoted additional part cost. Cleaned dryer installed new maintenance kit and drum reassembled and showed customer. ; used 1 4392067 ( Jonathan stock) from stock

Water valve was faulty had no water entering washer. Replaced inlet valve flushed lines tested operation checks ok. ; used 1 W11210459 ( Valve) from stock

Dryer drum is out of round confirmed with tech manager. Drum is covered by maytag for 10 years please order part for customer. Customer will pay labor. Prior service. ; ordrng 1 W10508188 (Drum dryer)

Freezer fan is running had no airflow in fresh food section. Noticed water on damper cover. Removed cover found damper harness not plugged in all the way. Plugged in damper tested in test 121 damper now opens. Customer will monitor operation.
