"Customer stated unit stopped mid-cycle and kept lid locked, shut off display and would not respond. Customer had to unplug and take apart unit to get opened and get clothes out. On arrival plugged in unit and found no error code stored, unit came on and began cycle properly. Tested wash, fill, and drain with no issues, drain pump came on several times when tested just fine. Wiring appears intact, no mechanical issues in tests, did note control glitched out once while entering diagnostics. Replaced main control board for likely failure, advised customer to monitor, checks okay."

"Customer stated unit not washing dishes very well, barely please them at all. On arrival found top rack spray funnel out of place, reset and center of rack. Started unit and found wash motor comes on full power, spray arm spinning properly and unit seems to be getting good water pressure through pump. Unit fills and drains fine, timer seems to be going through all of cycle without issues, there does seem to be a lot of sense in the tub. Reset unit and ran clean out cycle with affresh, advise customer unit seems to be operating properly for now and to monitor wash assembly working as designed, checks okay."

Issue Leaking. The front wheels on unit are broken. Having a difficult time to pull unit out. The homeowner helped me pull unit out as to get to back of unit. Found ( Drain extension ) plugged.Clean out drain extension. Unit checks OK. Both front roller assemblys are broken.The left rear roller came out of place - I reinstalled roller. Unit will need Left roller assembly WPW10515763 ( $ 74.45 ) / right roller assembly WPW10515762 ( $ 73.71 ).
