"Customer stated unitnis loud and off balance during the spin cycle, tested unit with 4 bath towels in a towels cycle on a high water level and found unit fills, agitates, and drains properly. Put unit into a drain and spin cycle to test the spin and found unit was making a tapping noise from the drain hose hitting the unit, adjusted drain hose and unit stopped making sound, also found front left leg was causing some shaking, corrected foot and tested unit, unit checks ok."
