"Case-22428198Inspected unit, found that unit is still extremely sudsy during normal wash Cycles causing no spin issues, called tech line and determine that customer needs to use a different concentration of Tide detergent, the original is recommended, the ultra concentration is too concentrated for the customers water softness and automatic soap dispensing settings, gave customer cleaning tablet and ran a cleaning cycle before leaving to help remove any buildup, customers going to purchase the original concentration tied detergent and see if that helps with allowing unit to spin all by itself, scheduling for follow up visit next week; used 1 W10135699 (Affresh) from stock"

Unit had broken door latch. Replaced with latch assembly from stock after repair tested in cycle and confirmed proper operation all checks are now good customer to observe; used 1 W11670519 (Latch) from stock

"Customer stated water has started tasting salty coming from the fridge. Confirmed complaint, customer states after replacement filter, unit tastes fine for about a month then starts again. Tatsed water from dispenser and inlet hose, tastes the same from both. Advised customer issue seems to be in the water supply.
