Issue Giving error codes F6E3 ( ACU to MCU ) F7E4 ( basket re-engagement ). Ran test cycle Gear case is leaking badly. Unit not agitating properly. Unit needs drive assembly W11449841 ( $ 275.81 ) / Stator W10915700 ( $ 239.19 ) / slider W10734521 ( $ 38.08 ) / Rotor W10915701 ( $ 141.10)Screw W10752189 ( $ 9.73 ) / Labor $ 220.00 + Tax. Customer will replace washer.

"Replaced UI and tested unit multiple times in bake and unit started up and sent power to elements properly every time, unit also has no error codes stored now. Customer to monitor, unit checks ok."

"Customer stated unit has been more consistent in heating, but is still having issues. Before, seemingly 1 out of 4 times, unit would not heat at all, screen would say Lo and not get hot even in bake, however, now unit seems to only be doing that 1 out of 10 times. Found unit had f6e1 error, tested temp sensor, sensor ohming properly at 1083 at 71, then tested unit in bake and unit is sending proper 240v to bake, broil, and convection element when needed. Called techline and ran through tests, found in bake, unit was not sending voltage to the elements, then after a reset, unit started working properly again. Per techline, if I were a wiring issue, it would happen every time, if it were a house voltage or breaker issue, other oven would have same issue, so all checks point to a bad UI, per techline, unit needs new UI. "Replaced right oven appliance manager and tested unit, pit unit on bake at 350 and found unit heating properly and getting up to temp properly, preheated in about 12 minutes. Unit checks ok."

Issue unit is running noisy. Leaking gear case. Customer will replace unit.
