Dishwasher repaired June 30th, leaked again Aug. 1st. Called and was scheduled for the next day. Told a call would come that evening with our time slot. No call. Told an automated call was made but we did not answer. Not true. I called the next morning to find out when our time was. 4-7. At 6:55 I got a call that he didn't have the part but we could get at V & V appliance parts and was sent a link to a YouTube video on how to replace. We got the part and replaced ourself. What great service!!! NOT!!! We have used A-Z for over 15 yrs. and this is how things are?
