"Customer stated unit icemaker was filling too much causing ice layer in ice bin and ice cubes being stuck together. Found ice bin had layer of ice and ice cubes were too big and stuck together. Tested unit and found icemaker seems to be filling properly at this time, harvesting properly. Valve seems to be working properly and water pressure seems fine. Customer has replaced valve and icemaker themselves, customer stated distributor recommended cheaper valve that seemingly looked the same. Advised customer valves can look the same but allow different amounts of water through. Customer stated they will get part and repair themselves. Unit operating properly for me at this time."

Issue making a noise once a week. The unit actual temp is ( Freezer +1 ) ( Fridge 38 ).Checked compressor / condenser fan / freezer Evap. Unit would not make any noise for me.Unit working as designed.

The service tech was very good at explaining to me that the problem was not with the dryer, but rather a power problem in my house. He was friendly and couteous, however, I do not like someone coming into MY house and ask me if I'm a christian. I am not, but it's really none of his business!!
