"Complaint of unit not finishing cycle, not going through dry cycle. checked incoming power lines, unit is connected through light switch, when switch is off, unit is receiving 6.06 VAC, at all times, when switch is on unit is receiving 124.4 VAC. Checked error codes, 6-4, during diagnostic test cycle, owi sensor registered correctly, float sensor tested normal, all other functions came on normally. Found drain loop had fallen down from proper position under sink. Replaced full drain hose, ran diagnostic test cycle, all functions normal, no leaks, all checks ok."
