"Checked incoming voltage, unit is getting 240 volts, check voltage at control, checked thermal fuse, found connection at thermal fuse was loose causing no voltage through to control and switches, reinstalled connection for thermal fuse, all burners are turning on and heating, oven is turning on and heating properly, checks okay."

Checked unit over, found all 4 burners are falling apart, also switches are faulty, picked up and replaced all 4 burners and switches, retested burners, all check ok.; pckd up 2 WPW10259868 (RF LR burner)s and 2 WPW10259865 (LF RR)s and 2 WP3148952 (Switchs)s and 2 WP3149400 (Switches)s"

Confirmed complaint, cleared all ice from freezer evap, found harness for defrost heater is not staying in place, would need to replace harness, quoted part: W11650660 $104.81, labor $123.00. Spoke with partner team to see about any coverage of unit, partner team advised customer has extended warranty through AIG, waited on hold while defrosting fridge for over and hour, unable to hold any longer, recommended to call AIG first thing in the morning to get a dispatch from them before ordering part.
