Then ran unit with 3 bath towels to test unit under load. Unit filled and agitated properly. Then ran a drain and spin to monitor the spin with load in it and found unit is spinning properly when load is balanced. Advised customer on proper load sizing and cycle selection for better balancing performance. Customer to monitor, unit checks ok."
