Checked over control panel operation and instructed customer on use and operation of preheating cycle rapid preheat also temp calibration. All checks are now good unit is functioning properly control panel is good to go

Found loose connection to float switch in drip tray unit was throwing a water error. Reinstalled and secured wiring harness connection in float switch. After repair confirm all checks and operations are good customer to observe

"Sr- 7742104524Upper right corner of freezer door not making contact against frame. Adjusted frame. Used gadget and permagum to refit seal. Liner is pulled away from upper corner. Called techline, unit is deemed none repairable, cus will be contacted within 2-3 business days."

Customer was unable to shut the door due to the stiffness and friction against the strike and catch. Applied grease to catch and adjusted strike for ease of opening and closing per customers request unit is heating and functioning properly outside of this all other checks are good; used 1 WP542638 (Grease) from stock
