"Per testing founs that the trim on the back of the upper shelf was broken on each end, the liner on the shelf slide is cracked in the linerand the door has a dent upon delivery. Ordering door, shelf trim and liner repair kit. Wp cosmetic wrn ; ordrng 1 W10804340 (Trim, top shelf, rear) and 1 LW10803941 (Door, fresh food) and 1 8201700 (Liner repair kit) and 1 482395 (Vinyl repair tape)"

Will power on but cannot change or pick cycle. I unplugged unit to try to reset ------ unit started working OK. Gave customer instruct.

"Found unit not heating due to blown thermal cutoff, replaced cutoff and tested unit, checks ok. Advised customer vents may need cleaned in house.; used 1 279973 (Cutoff) from stock"

"Per testing in diagnostics found that there was a rattling coming from the drain pump. Removed the drain pump and found debris in the pump causing the rattling noise. Replaced the drain pump and ran a test cycle, operation checks ok. Calibrated the electronic control and the drain pump operation. Wp wrn; used 1 W10876600 (Pump, Drain) from stock"

Installed --- Fridge Evap & charged system. Ran test 3 --- observed frost pattern on both Evap. Put unit back together. Asked customer to observe.
