Found vent screen on roof vent exit is blocked up with lint and allowing very little moisture to exhaust, contacted building maintenance on customer's behalf and informed them of this. Dryer operating properly otherwise come up maintenance to clean out vent."

Neal has been great! Always professional and right on time! Neal gets 5 stars all day long! However, overall I have to give 4 stars. Still dealing with a leaking dishwasher is too frustrating for the amount of times Neal has been to look at it. By the 4th visit…it should be replaced by the manufacturer. Very disappointed with Kitchenaid.
