After checking all seals for leaking, I removed the unit and the door and found that water was getting into the right side door hinge and running into the outer door lower chanel and running across to the left side and dripping out. Found silicone on both the outside and inside of the body seam near the hinge was torn away. Sealed the bodynseam using clear silicone and reinstalled the door and all panels, reinstalled the unit. Ran a test to check for leaking, unit did not show any leaking at this time. Customer will observe operation."

Neal has been great! Always professional and right on time! Neal gets 5 stars all day long! However, overall I have to give 4 stars. Still dealing with a leaking dishwasher is too frustrating for the amount of times Neal has been to look at it. By the 4th visit…it should be replaced by the manufacturer. Very disappointed with Kitchenaid.
