"Per testimg found that the unit was leaking water from the right lower side of the door. After checking all seals for leaking, I removed the unit and the door and found that water was getting into the right side door hinge and running into the outer door lower chanel and running across to the left side and dripping out. Found silicone on both the outside and inside of the body seam near the hinge was torn away. Sealed the bodynseam using clear silicone and reinstalled the door and all panels, reinstalled the unit. Ran a test to check for leaking, unit did not show any leaking at this time. Customer will observe operation."

"Per testing, found that the main elwcteonic control went bad due to the drain pump having to high of resisitance (19.7 ohms). Quote for replacement of the electeonic control and the drain pump Electronic control -W11419171 - $304.04 + drain pump - W11396717 - $187.22 + labor $98.75 + tax $41.30 = $631.31 after the service call. "Per testing founs that the trim on the back of the upper shelf was broken on each end, the liner on the shelf slide is cracked in the linerand the door has a dent upon delivery. Ordering door, shelf trim and liner repair kit. Wp cosmetic wrn ; ordrng 1 W10804340 (Trim, top shelf, rear) and 1 LW10803941 (Door, fresh food) and 1 8201700 (Liner repair kit) and 1 482395 (Vinyl repair tape)"

Will power on but cannot change or pick cycle. I unplugged unit to try to reset ------ unit started working OK. Gave customer instruct.
