"Found unit is making loud vibrating noise during cycle, checked rollers, checked belt pulley, found excessive lint buildup on blower wheel causing vibration, cleared off blower wheel, adjusted blower housing, tested unit, unit is heating, no excessive vibration noises at this time, checks okay."

Per testing found that the unit was not defrosting due to a bad defrost heater. Heater getting correct voltage. Wp/RAC Wrn; ordrng 1 W11562215 (Heater)

RAC CONTRACT - per testing found that the icemaker fill tube was frozen up and forced some water down the back of the freezer wall and onto the floor of the freezer. Cleaned up the ice freeze up and cleared the icemaker fill tube. Opened the inlet valve up more to get better water pressure. Ran a cycle and fill on the icemaker and the unit cycled and filled as designed. RAC/WP WRN

"Per testing found that the unit was making a heavy vibration. Found a very heavy build up of lint in the blower wheel. Cleaned out the blower wheel and and blower housing. Reassembled the unit and checked for proper operation of the unit in a test cycle, operation checks ok. Instructed customer on keeping the vent tube cleaned going out of the house.
