Jonathan has been here many times and always knows what to do. He has a 100% success rate here, never had anything he could fix. He listens carefully while I explain the problem then he shares his best guess with me. His initial guess has always been spot on was so our stuff gets fixed quickly without a bunch of trial and error! He always explains what was wrong when he’s done. Very honest too. Had a $20 bill stuck in the pump in the washer and he brought it to me when he could have easily taken it. Would trust him in my house even if we weren’t home. All around good guy and very smart too.
