Replaced the control box per service pointer customer will continue to observe to confirm diagnosis

Check the machine over confirm unit not made any ice per service pointerW11691024 check for voltage at the ice maker had zero unit needs main control replaced; ordrng 1 W11690305 (Control box)

"Complaint of frosting up in freezer, now door wont close. Checked unit over, confirmed freeze door not sealing. Removed basket and found bottom of freezer liner has large bubble in left hand side, hitting basket and keeping door from shutting. Liner is non repairable, removed basket so freezer door will seal for now."

"Tested temperature in unit with thermometer, verified temp matches, everything checks fine at this time"

"Customer rhas Home Depot extended warranty, will contact them."
