"Customer stated unit has intermittently given off strong sour smell, sometimes after not being used and other times after repeated usage in the same day. Confirmed smell coming from unit, customer cleans unit regularly. Disassembled basket and found bottom area of tub has layer of gunk and detergent residue that gives off strong smell. Scrubbed out tub and poured white vinegar over it, advised customer to leave for a day or so, tested unit, checks okay."

"Inspector unit, found leak coming from gearcase bearings, had to break off wash plate to remove gearcase, replace gear case and wash plate, clutch and slider, verify proper operation after repair, all checks okay; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W10876600 DRAIN PUMP , used 1 W10734521 (Slider) from stock"

Replaced timer fuse and operating thermostat. Verified nothing was shorting element out. Ran dryer operation checks ok.

Removed upper oven door. Disassembled and replaced inner glass. Reassembled showed customer.
