Customer's complaint is that the vent for the microwave is not removing any steam off of pots boiling off the stove I ran the vent with a pot boiling and producing steam the microwave vent at the bottom would hold up a paper towel I removed the microwave from the wall to check the vending assembly what I could see was vented properly the Damper was not obstructed and was venting properly for the unit to blow out the back of the unit into the wall as designed by the builder removed the Damper assembly to try and improve airflow that help minimally.
