But not the cooktop. The crack does not appear to be caused by thermal since it did not happen when the cooktop was in use. The customer does not know how the crack happened. I have attached pictures to the ticket. The customer will be reaching out to whirlpool customer service to have the information update updated and to see if theres any assistance that can be made from the manufacturer in coverage of the part. Also left and right end caps are broken and would need to be ordered and replaced along for this repair. Otherwise operation of the oven and the right side burner is still functioning.
