Issue wont fill with water. There was pieces of glass in the drain pump. I cleaned glass pieces out.It unit back together. The kick plate would not come out without removing outer door. I left kick plateOff so customer would cut off an inch off the bottom so U can remove it without removing the outerDoor panel. I ran unit after to make sure no leaking. Asked customer to observe.

I wish there were more people like Neil. His service and loyalty to his customers and job says it all. Neil helped my husband and I when no one else would. We purchased a brand new washer from a large name company which I’m not going to give them the pleasure of putting there name on this but we purchased a brand new washer which through a code two weeks after purchase the store where I purchased from told me to call a repair person to find out what was wrong with it. So I did well Neil came out within that week and had to order parts for our brand new machine. He suggested we take it back. Well I went to the store told them what was going on and they wouldn’t return because it had past my 15 day return policy. So he got the parts in and came back to the house and couldn’t even remove the top of the machine to replace the bad parts. Neil called the manufacturer and got our washer replaced with a brand new one I can’t thank him enough for what he has done for us.
