The initial oven the customer purchased had to have the user interface replaced three separate times due to F2-E1 error codes. Moisture and steam are getting up into an on the user interface during use. The customer has tried to follow KitchenAid recommendation as far as cooking procedures to prevent moisture in steam on the panel but the same issue continues to return. This is a new oven now and they are getting the same errors on the control panel the errors they are getting as of right now ar - F2E1 F1E0 and F8E0Customer is not wanting to continue using the oven due to the ongoing issues and replacement parts they are having to do. Unit is not even a year old and started having the same issues within a month of receiving and using it. Please update contact number 859-468-5540Removed upper right hinge found gasket underneath cam assembly was out of alignment. Also screw for tension spring was loose and barely holding into place. Reinstalled and tighten down both mounting screws on door hinge. Customer to observe both left and right side make a slight bumping noise but this is built into the design of the cam and there is not a way to completely mitigate that sound at this time.
