Jeremy was great. Helped me navigate a 3rd party warranty claim that he was incorrectly dispatched on from the mfg. His repair work was quick and resolved my issues.

My dishwasher went out again. I called AZ Appliance Service immediately and they were gave me several days and times to choose from. Terry arrived and actually earlier than expected and completely prepared. He even brought over another motor just in case that was the issue which tells me that when I called and spoke to the very helpful lady who always answers the phone, she listened to everything I told her. She asked me what was going on with the dishwasher and communicated everything to Terry so he could be prepared for his visit. Now that’s a great tag team. Terry was thorough, professional and really fast. He had a lot of experience so he assessed the situation quickly, replaced the motor, cleaned out the trap and checked every hose and component just to make sure everything was in great working condition. It sounds better than it ever has. As an added bonus, Terry was very personable and was very sweet to my puppy. Gotta love AZ Service!!
