Removed back cover adjusted back cover panels reinstalled and secured waterline and cord to mitigate and prevent vibration noises instructed customer on loading and positioning of foods to prevent items from freezing. Major events are clear all fans and airflow is moving correctly. Customer to observe

Found turn table gear rubbing against motor. Removed turntable gear and sanded surfaces to smooth out contact into prevent rubbing noise. After repair all sounds and checks are good customer to observe
