Also cleaned out drain trap to confirm no objects or items were caught in drain assembly ran through spin cycle with customer to observe unit reaching target spin speed. Picked up element locally and replaced shorted heating element on range. After repair confirmed all checks and tests are good. Unit is heating properly also found pilot light needed to be held in to turn on fireplace. All operations and checks are good customer to observe; pckd up 1 W10779716 (Element)

"Unit had failed actuator. Belt was slipping on the cam aswell. Replaced belt, cam, and actuator. After repair all checks are good. Cus to observe. ; used 1 W10721967 (Cam), 1 W11481722 (Actuator), and 1 W11239857 (Belt) from stock"

"Disassembled unit and removed cabinet. Upon removal found that wave guide was significantly damaged from magnetron failure, called and documented with techline. Unit is non repairable. Case- 22431145"
