"Pulled unit out and rechecked all wiring and replaced lower oven manager and ui, reapplied power to unit, lights in oven would not come on, F9E0 appeared after a few minutes of power, called techline, went over current issues and previous repairs, while on line with techline set unit to preheat to 350 in both ovens, unit started heating properly, lights responding correctly, blower fans all strong. Unit did preheat both ovens to 350. Techline documented this and advised for customer to observe operation. SR: 7740066999."

Called techline, Jeremy, went over current repair and previous notes, advised to replace UI and lower oven control board, ordering to repair. Mark was out here 3 times to fix the ice maker. He really knew his stuff! Took a bit of time but was completed and I’m very happy! Each time he knew exactly what was wrong and there was no way of him knowing beforehand what was going to go wrong with the newly delivered freezer door. I have ice now and would highly recommend Mark! He even found a leaking water pipe in the basement (or it would have been major damage down the road) and recommended improvements on the waterline coming into the fridge. This was a warranty fix and he went above and beyond!
