Mark was out here 3 times to fix the ice maker. He really knew his stuff! Took a bit of time but was completed and I’m very happy! Each time he knew exactly what was wrong and there was no way of him knowing beforehand what was going to go wrong with the newly delivered freezer door. I have ice now and would highly recommend Mark! He even found a leaking water pipe in the basement (or it would have been major damage down the road) and recommended improvements on the waterline coming into the fridge. This was a warranty fix and he went above and beyond!
