Hub is stripped out in washer basket quoted customer for new gearcase and hub repair declined. Gearcase W11454734 252.58 hub W10528947 31.16 labor 153.00

Compressor was running and condenser line was hot. Put back cover back on. And removed evaporator cover. Found fan motor harness not plugged in back wall of unit. Also observed full frost pattern on evaporator. Melted ice and reassembled. Asked customer to monitor it for 24 hours before using the freezer.

Removed power. Disassembled washer used shop vac and removed remaining water. Installed new drain pump and put water in washer to ma(e sure hoses on pump housing were tight. Reassembled washer and ran diagnostics cycle operation checks ok.

In diagnostics washer has F9E01 for long drain. Removed front panel and removed filter from drain pump. Found no blockage in drain pump. Used digital meter and placed washer into diagnostics test 7 for drain pump. Had 122 volts ac across both wires at drain pump. Power is at pump and pump is not running. Quoted customer for new pump. ; ordrng 1 280187 (Drain pump)

Gearcase is leakimg oil bad. Cam shifter actuator belt and gearcase will need replaced. Quoted customer for repair and it was declined. Gearcase W11454734 252.58 belt W11239857 52.16 cam W10721967 41.70 actuator W10913953 63.14 labor 150. Saftey name Kelly 7733803387

Wired in new motor control board and tested washer in diagnostics with customer. Operation checks ok.

Washer has F6E1 error code in diagnostics. Removed back cover used meter found proper power at mcu. 120 volts at pink door lock wires and 5 volts dc at blue communication wires. Mcu needs replaced. Spoke with Robert at techline after ohming out the heater the heater itself on good the thermal fuse in line with the heater in series was open check for voltage out of the cabinet to the heater circuit with unit in defrost found 15 V AC pirtek support unit needs main board and the thermal fuse replaced; schdld next appmnt for 4/27 WED !

Adrian 7733275356. Unit has defrost issue. When unit isnplaced into diagnostics compressor does not always shut off. Explained to tech support and this was misplaced as unimportant. When steamer is to thaw out freezer thermistors are warmer than 60 degrees and unit will not perform forced defrost. Defrost heater measures at 32 ohms. And it does have continuity. When doing tests with tech support did have and open thermistor in freezer when on test 2. Spoke with tech manager and per tech manager he will come and look at unit next Wednesday for customer. Customer was good with this. When unit is in test 89 did proper voltage from P2-7 ( pink) to P1-2 (white black) this was done before steamer was used on freezer evaporator and due to excessive frost could not check wires. Was not pulling any amps when unit was in defrost. ; schdld next appmnt for 3/30 WED !

Talk to Orlando on tech line and we test it the refrigerator compartment thermistor and found it being bad file number 7733197898; used 1 Wpw10383615 (Thermistor) from stock

Found that evaporator was frozen over when I removed the evaporator cover to change fence got out steamer steamed evaporator for fans back in and everything worked properly

Recover refrigerant put 140 PSI of nitrogen and soap bubbles everywhere I could and could not find a leak but found that the evaporator fan and cover needs replaced fan is noise like a bearing bad needs replaced ; ordrng 1 W11394920 (Evaporator cover) and 1 W11407678 (Fan)

Put thermometers into both fresh food and freezer compartments temperature wasn't getting lower so connected gauges up and according to tech support they were inconclusive so put watt meter on refrigerator and according to Butch at tech support the wattage is showing a leak she need time to recover system charged with nitrogen and recharge looking for leaks file number is 7733085667; schdld next appmnt for 3/8 TUE !

Fresh food temp 37 frozen section -1 degrees. Frost coming into freezer due to air getting into the unit. Per JO call with tech support new gasket design customer would like to have gasket replaced. Unit stays in freeze shield and is causing freezer to to minus 18 degrees. Placed unit in diagnostics did test found ice maker tray thermistor bad. Quoted customer for new ice maker please order parts for customer. ; ordrng 1 W11099789 (Ice maker)

Tech support Chris 7731867358 unit is overcharged. Pumped system down and recharged to 4.5 oz r134 a. Unit is blowing cold water hed lines in back of refrigerator and they did not frost over like they were doing.
