Took back off of oven and terminal block was in good condition check for a 240 volts coming in and I only had a hundred and twenty two volts on one leg of the power supply check power coming out of receptacle and only had 122 bolts coming out of one branch of the power supply inform customer that they need to get electrician to look at the power
