The technician communicated when arrival times would be and came to address my warranty issues. Did not have part needed on initial visit, so setup a temporary fix until he could return with the necessary part for the final repair in under 24 hours. All issues were addressed and the technician was very personable and professional. All my needs were met and my washer was fully repaired.

A to Z has always been terrific. I purchased a double wall oven from Lowe’s and it had a scratch on one of the doors. I called Lowe’s repeatedly since the oven was brand new, but they could only offer to install a new oven…the first installation didn’t go well, so I didn’t want to go through that again. A to Z worked extremely well with me to get a new door installed. So easy and well done. Daniel was great and I will always call A to Z for appliance repairs!
