"Per testing, found that the unit was drain locking due to the drain loop being too high. Lowered the drain loop and zip tied it securely in place. Checked the operation of the unit in a test cycle and all components are working as designed. Customer will continue to observe the operation of the unit."

Dryer cord is severely shorted out. Advised customer to have outlet examined.

Donna 7737171080. Terminal block is melted. Replaced Terminal block and repaired wiring. Tested with customer. Operation checks ok.
