Confirmed door issue, found an item underneath bottom drawer causing drawer to stick up and door to pinch against it when trying to open causing hinges to loosen. Removed the item and door now opening all the way and closing properly. Advised customer this unit has steam clean and does not need a lock For that function so lock was not included on oven, tested unit, check OK."

Evaporator fan motor had 121 volts not running quoted customer for new fan motor. Spliced in new fan motor tested with customer. Have fan operation and full frost pattern. Unit should be back to proper temperature in 24 hours.
