"Complaint of slow ice production, stopped. Checked unit over,no ice maker errors, found temp in freezer at about 22 degrees, but is set to -4. Checked evap, found no frost pattern, partial block of ice in top right. Tested compressor, pulling over 200 watts in test 5, tech sheet calls for 80-100, compressor is inefficient, needs replaced, possible sealed system leak, would need compressor and drier changed and leak checked with nitrogen to confirm leak or not. Quoted part: compressor: W11654344 (covered by ten year manufacturers part warranty), labor: $699.99, minimum. If leak is found possible evaps needed: fresh food evap: W11492867 $162.72, freezer evap: WPW10608485 $222.60, extra $150.00 labor. Customer to decide on repair."

"Complaint of intermittent grinding noise during spin. Checked unit over, found rotor bolt on floor under unit, causing rotor to go off kilter and cause grinding noise. Secured bolt, retested unit, all checks ok."

Checked reversing valve, not receiving voltage, this is correct, lines coming into and out of valve are different temps, correct. Unit has sealed system issue, compressor is running, so most likely leak in evaporator, which ruins compressor, would need both to repair.
