On arrival customer says washer won’t run. Confirmed complaint.went into Diagnostics and retrieved error codes. F9-E1 drain F0-E5 off balance. Cleared error codes and tried to start pump . Pump not coming on or Humming or anything. Moved washer to access underneath. Removed The drain pump replaced with new one . Moved washer back to spot and Hooked all back up and started pump . Water now draining from washer Ran diagnostics test cold water good hot water good agitation good Drain pump good spin cycle good.Recalibrated washer and unit now ready for use. Also leveled machine for customer Took one picture of model and serial and one of receipt Address for this call is 3660 Hemes not Herman’s. ; used 1 W10876600 (DRAIN PUMP) from stock

Whirlpool washer WTW4816FW2 Customer complaint of unit not starting cycle. Confirmed complaint, model and serial numbers. Unit would power up with J12 shifter connector unhooked. Replaced shift actuator per diagnostics. Unit powering up and starting cycles. Getting stored error code F7E5 shifter fault. Checked harness for opens and shorts. Open circuit on Shifter Connector Pin 6 to Main Control J2-1. Needs new lower harness for return visit. Rescheduled three weeks out due to harness back order status. Customer wants to contact place of purchase for other options. ; ordrng 1 W10736239 (harns-WIRE ), used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR) from stock, schdld next appmnt for 11/26 MON
