"Inspected unit, customer stated ice bin will get clogged and not produce ice when paddle is pressed, she also stated crushed ice will get stuck on and not go back to cubed, temps are normal, ice cubes are full and complete and bin is full, tested auger motor and shaft, both are operating normally, determined unit has an ice bin thats malfunctioning, upon inspection of ice bin noticed wiring harness cover was broken causing it to not lock in place properly, unit needs new ice bin and ice box harness cover to repair. ; ordrng 1 W11185686 (Assembly ice bin) and 1 WPW10309869 (Cover)"

Found it whoever installed the ice maker did not put the fill tube all the way into the cup I installed ice maker properly it is now leak free left flyer for survey

Found the cord head burnt the black wire on the terminal block replace terminal block customer is going to go pick up a new cord everything that I can check checks fine at this time; used 1 279320 (Terminal block) from stock
