Removed and replaced door lock the controller they sent was a motor controller not an AC you so need the electronic controller ACU and the expansion board because after I change the door lock it did not fix the problem and the filter needs replaced also573.22; ordrng 1 WPW10388229 (Controller) and 1 WPW10701570 (Controller unit) and 1 WPW10367632 (Filter)

After inform customer of cost of service call and repair they declined any further repair

Put washer into diagnostic mode like the service bulletin sent to and I did not hear any noise she need to replace the AC you; ordrng 1 W11498797 (Controller)

Found that when I reassembled the water line came loose so reinstalled line and works fine
