After speaking tech support several days ago. Verified wiring for outlet thermistor. Thermistor has 12.9 ohms. Customer showed video of what dryer was doing. Verified heating element. And heating circuit. Error code f1e1 still present replaced acu and motor and f1e1 is a motor heater error. Tested with customer operation checks ok customer will monitor operation. ; used 1 279827 ( Motor) from stock

Dryer had proper voltage took dryer apart and found bad element. Replaced element reassembled dryer and tested. Have heat. Also informed customer to have vent cleaned. ; used 1 Wp3387747 ( Element) from stock

Service was prompt. Jonathon arrived when he said he would. Explained everything he was doing as he went. Was courteous. Liked being able to communicate via text messaging. Since this was warranty work, I cannot speak to value for my $.
