Cx advised they heard tech on phone saying it needed evaporator. Once never did tech install evaporator. When they came back out tech said didn?t. Need evaporator. Only installed drier. And let Freon out all inside they house. Stunk up house and charges system. Cx highly upset and didn?t want other company out at her house. Diagnosis finds freezer thawed and spoiling food. Fridge section is freezing food. Tubing in back from compressor. Is frosting and freezing over on back side which indicates restriction.
