The floor behind the washer is bad --- consequently causing the washer rear foot assembly is not touching the floor so when the unit is being used the tub drops down & the pulley shield isRubbing against the pulley creating resistance. Unit has F7E1 ( basket speed fault ). Pulled unit out to run Test cycle ----- Checked OK. Explained to customer that until they get floor fixed they will have to run washer With it pulled out from back flooring.
